The breakfast options had a diverse range of choices. I also appreciated the warm smiles from the porters. Cheerful conversations characterized guest services interactions. The staff was always ready to help.
The air conditioning stopped working during the night. This made the room uncomfortable. I contacted the hotel, but no effective action was taken. I did not sleep well and woke up exhausted.

A good stay, but with some issues

I found the staff were very attentive. Shubham at check-in gave a warm welcome. Room service was prompt and accommodating. Dining at Giornotte had a highlight with Harsh and Roshan who provided excellent hospitality.
The hotel charged me for the full stay even I had to check out one day earlier. New towels had black spots. Hair stuck on the shampoo bottle. I think the room was not so clean.

the breakfast was acceptable. but not as varied as other hotels.
My room was not ready at check-in. i had to wait about 45 minutes, even though the hotel seemed only half full. the air conditioning leaked badly. The floor was soaked daily. the shower in the bath was broken. The edging of the toilet door was hanging off, not the standard i'd expect.
