helpful reception great vibes fantastic location cute staff

i find reception was helpful for early check in. it helped after my long flight. the beach club have great vibes. the location is fantastic and i will return. Ahmed at reception was very cute.

my room included regular water replacements each day. housekeeping cleaned the hotel each time thoroughly. my room was cozy and clean. there was a balcony with a beach view.

the hotel is right on the beach and close to many restaurants. it is located on the palm promenade, close to beaches. burj khalifa is about 40 minutes away by taxi.

the room was super clean i liked that. the breakfast had high quality food it also had a relaxed atmosphere. the staff were friendly and willing to help

loud bars exterior windows

I was really disappointed with the noise levels. there were loud bars downstairs plus a rooftop bar. All of this made it hard to relax or sleep. also, window cleaners woke us up early several mornings. It made being around the pool uncomfortable.

clean room amazing facilities perfect location

the rooms were very clean. the facilities provided were amazing. the location was perfect. everything was on point! i found the customer service to be excellent.

The umbrellas on the beach were a complete waste of time. They did not provide enough shade from the sun, a nightmare in the extreme heat.
