Good Hotel, Some Issues with Room Temperature

relaxing pool clean room comfortable bed ineffective ac room temperature poor burger

The pools were relaxing. I could have stayed all day. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was great and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

The room AC was not effective. It was set to not go below 20 degrees Celsius. We ordered burgers, but they were not that good tbh, though.

Underwhelming stay. Expected more

non-working mini fridge inconvenient plug

The breakfast was decent enough, i guess. It had a fairly wide selection.

The room was quite a walk from the lobby. I reminded me of i was hiking every time i needed something. also, the mini fridge didn't work. It was pretty useless for keeping drinks cold. there was also only one plug on my side of the bed, super inconvenient.

The bathroom lacked a shattaf, which i found very inconvenient. also, the mini fridge did not work . only one side of the bed had a wall plug. This was an issue.

the hotel grounds are spacious. i found well-separated areas for families. the gym has a dedicated cardio space and a separate strength training area.

the breakfast food selection and quality were acceptable.

The room's air conditioning was ineffective. Its lowest setting was 20 degrees celsius, and this was not cool enough. the burgers i ordered were not good.
