The pools were nice. The kids area and the general cleanliness were acceptable.

The staff was rude and aggressive! Especially the receptionist Manisha. She knew it was our anniversary, and she left us waiting four hours to check in. She sent a message saying they gifted a good room and a celebration cake, but we only found a single apple and orange.

my stay included access to a private beach with clear water and soft sand. taxis were consistently available outside the hotel entrance which was convenient. i found that the hotel maintained cleanliness in all areas specifically the rooms and common spaces. housekeeping provided attentive service each day leaving the room immaculate.

i noticed the pool area became crowded early in the morning making it difficult to find available sun loungers

The hotel lobby has a really nice design. The Palm Beautiful Room King Bed Sofa Bed had a private balcony and direct beach access. Cleaning staff maintained the room meticulously every day. They made amazing towel shapes.

The hotel did not prepare the Ambassador room in advance. I had to move from one room to another during my one-night stay. the elite lounge benefit wasn't offered.

I enjoyed the great variety in the restaurants. The food was AMAZING!!! The hotel has lots of activities. The staff were polite. I also appreciated the convenient location, with access to the Palm and into town.
