The employee called Kym was very respectful. Kym treatment was very comfortable and she deserves recognition for this. The location is excellent. I liked the size of the rooms a lot.

Check-in counters had staff, but they were very slow. The staff was also unprofessional I believe. The device wasn't working and they told me they don't have any alternative connecter.

kym , the receptionist, was so good with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. she provided a thorough explanation of the hotel amenities. a sweet surprise was a good touch , showing dedication to guest experience.

the reception area on the seventh floor was somewhat inconvenient. i found it a bit uncomfortable and slow, especially during peak times. the queuing system was not very clear and i noticed some confusion.

the staff were very professional. facilities appear clean. i find the location convenient to activities. i was very happy with my stay overall.

i encountered a problem with connecting the tv with the streaming device. the engineering team tried to help, but the device didn't work. it was mentioned that the problem was with my device compatibility, not the connector.
