A stay with some minor issues
respectful employee perfect location slow staff missing information
The employee called Kym was very respectful. Kym treatment was very comfortable and she deserves recognition for this. The location is excellent. I liked the size of the rooms a lot.
Check-in counters had staff, but they were very slow. The staff was also unprofessional I believe. The device wasn't working and they told me they don't have any alternative connecter.

excellent stay
warm welcome thorough explanation good touch
kym , the receptionist, was excellent with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. she provided a thorough explanation of the hotel amenities. a sweet surprise was a good touch , showing dedication to guest experience.
the reception area on the seventh floor was somewhat inconvenient. i found it a bit uncomfortable and slow, especially during peak times. the queuing system was not very clear and i noticed some confusion.

the hotel is well located for city access. the distance to a major shopping center is convenient. fast , reliable wifi is available throughout the hotel.

the staff was very professional and efficient. i observed attentive staff ready to assist guests. they demonstrated a high level of dedication to guest satisfaction.

breakfast included a station for customized omelets. i noticed a good variety of international food options. hot drinks were promptly organized upon arrival and throughout the meal.

the room was spacious and modern with ambient lighting. mirrors are abundant throughout the space. the bed provided was large and comfortable.

the pool temperature felt perfect . i saw plenty of sunbeds , sofas and umbrellas available. the bar staff provided quick and efficient table service from morning onwards.

excellent service, great location
professional staff clean facilities
the staff were very professional. facilities appear clean. i find the location convenient to activities. i was very happy with my stay overall.
i encountered a problem with connecting the tv with the streaming device. the engineering team tried to help, but the device didn't work. it was mentioned that the problem was with my device compatibility, not the connector.

the staff organizes hot drinks upon arrival to the restaurant. the team at the bar delivers table service quickly. i found the team very helpful.
