unfriendly staff spa locations

the breakfast offered an excellent selection of items. there were fresh fruits and vegetarian choices available.

the staff did not seem particularly friendly upon arrival. i also booked a spa treatment and was not informed about the two spa locations. i waited for 30 minutes before anyone arrived and ultimately declined the treatment.

The fitness center had very good equipment. The pool area was nice, and the beach area was beautiful. Taxis to the city center took a maximum of 20 minutes.

The room cleaning was a disaster. The room was not clean. The windows were not clean. The staff did not refill coffee and other things.

charmed by every detail

lovely scent fantastic beach heartwarming smile

The attention to detail was amazing. The corridors had such a lovely scent. the pool and beach were indeed fantastic. every staff member always wore a smile. It was so heartwarming.

There was a slight lack of clarity regarding the spa locations. I wished i had been informed about the two different options beforehand.

The breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh fruits, including mangosteens and yellow kiwi. It surprised me. vegetarian options were plentiful, and i particularly enjoyed the unique date jam. A great experience overall.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and extensive. I loved walking around. the overall design blends arabian heritage with modern simplicity. It gives a sense of calm and it is amazing.
