i appreciated the efficiency of the check-in staff. the employee who assisted with taxis offered great service. i found the food at the night dining room delicious. the housekeeping team kept my room clean with a nice fragrance.

the room felt spacious and offered good value, acceptable.
the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty, this made using the bathtub impossible because of the empty shower gel, despite me telling the staff, they was not refilled, i find this unacceptable. also, the water boiler to make tea and coffee looked dirty, i felt disgusted.

The reception team WAS helpful, offering quick assistance. Indian inspired breakfast included tasty meals. The security staff were great, especially with kids. Very supportive. The room was well kept and cleaning was always provided Upon request.
the location is far from everything, i had to take taxis. Nothing to see nearby.
