AMAZING executive Room and SUPER Service

I GOT a free upgrade to an executive room with a fantastic view. The front desk was helpful. I was able to check in early, even though the hotel was full. Rooms feature a stylish design. The bed provided great comfort. I enjoyed the excellent service and the inviting terraces.
The hotel SHOULD HAVE a minibar stocked with more items. It felt unusual for a hotel of this standard to lack this amenity.

the rooms are big and newly designed. the beds are lovely and the pillows are great to sleep on. housekeeping cleans the rooms so smoothly, its excellent. breakfast was a definite 10, especially since i saw gluten free options.

faulty door
i found it very difficult to sleep, even with earplugs. the bathroom door in my standard room canal view was also faulty. It wouldn't close properly. i mentioned it, but maintenance never addressed the issue. it was a bit awkward..

Really good Hotel Experience!

The room was amazing. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety every morning! I especially enjoyed the pizza and chilled beer available at the restaurant.

the breakfast was good and had lots of fresh food to choose from. the staff was helpful, especially at the reception. i found the free late checkout until 2pm very convenient. nightly turn-down service and scented pillow mist were also nice touches.
i found it hard to sleep because of the noise. the sofa in the room was very uncomfortable to sit on. (i really tried to make it work, but it wasn't comfy.)
