the hotel upgraded our room to a lovely one-bedroom suite waterfront view (such a nice surprise!). the views from the room were fine. the location was perfect with the festival city mall just a short walk away through the covered walkway. i found the service prompt and helpful.
i noticed the gym equipment looked a little dated, some machines needed an upgrade, it affected my workout.

The breakfast had many choices and the team was attentive and kind. Amy at the counter processed my check-in professionally and quickly. Jatinder at the front lobby was very kind and helpful.
I noticed the gym and pool closed early, at 8 PM. This wasn't ideal during the summer.

Breakfast choices were plentiful and the food tasted good. I saw Emelyn in the restaurant deliver attentive service every day. The staff showed genuine kindness and they were super kind. The half board option seemed worth the price.

The gym seemed very well-equipped, and the pool looked nice for relaxation. I could access the mall directly from the hotel. Free parking was available . The location near the airport was convenient.
