I chose this hotel partially because of the location near the emirates mall. It's very convenient. the reception staff, especially shoura, were helpful and cute at all times. alam was very nice too. I appreciated his support.
The wi-fi was sometimes slow, especially during peak hours. It was a minor inconvenience though.

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially jessica at the reception and hamdan the bell boy.
The room i booked, described as accommodating three people, lacked a sofa bed. The hotel demanded an extra 500 aed per night for it. breakfast lacked variety. The same items were offered every day.

i really enjoyed how convenient the location was. i found multiple restaurants and cafes nearby and the mall of emirates was within walking distance. the hotel staff were so attentive i especially appreciated hamada going above and beyond to take care of every detail.
the room lighting WASN'T ideal it could have been improved.

the reception and concierge staff members were very polite and friendly and hamada at reception was especially helpful at both check-in and check-out. shoura also provided great assistance and ensured a seamless experience for all guests. staff members are always available and willing to assist.

the breakfast had many options to choose from i especially liked the fresh fruit available. the staff was friendly and helpful they were always ready to assist. the rooftop pool area was a highlight it was calm and relaxing with comfortable sun beds.
the check-out process was a bit slow there was some confusion about the final bill. the gym was located in a separate building it was a bit inconvenient. the tv placement in the room seemed odd it was hung on a mirror in the center of the room.

the room was modern with a comfortable bed daily cleaning was super clean the location was convenient near the mall of emirates i found all staff members polite and friendly especially shoura he addressed my requests very well and the gesture made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest at the hotel the breakfast selection was varied and well-prepared i tried local dishes i had never tasted before
the gym lacked sufficient free weights for a complete workout i had to adjust my routine

the hotel features a well kept outdoor swimming pool the pool area included ample sun loungers there were also shaded areas available for those seeking respite from the sun it offered a balanced environment for relaxation. the gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes
