the staff was helpful throughout my stay i booked a car from the airport and the service was amazing the car was both beautiful and comfortable i received an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony overlooking the ocean i watched the sunset every day from it. breakfast was included and featured a large buffet in addition to a menu i could order from the wifi was fast and i streamed content from my phone on the in-room tv
over the past two days, i noticed that restaurant managers engaged only with select guests laundry supplies were missing we followed up multiple times before they were arranged this was disappointing.

the hotel is within walking distance of the atlantis promenade, aquapark, and the helipad there are fine views of skyscrapers and palm villas from here guests can also see the sea with its multitude of fish.

the service in the restaurant was not good. it was slow to get someone to serve you. at breakfast, coffee often arrived after i had almost finished eating. also , the buffet and a la carte system seemed mixed up, confusing. this was especially true at dinner time.

The location was acceptable. I could find my way around, i guess.
Check-in took an absurd amount of time, like over an hour. Talk about a warm welcome. then, at checkout, my access card was deactivated immediately. Before i could even get my bags out, a porter showed up, then disappeared, so i ended up lugging my own suitcases to the car. A real five-star experience, that was.

The staff showed really good focus! One waiter entertained our children outside during breakfast. He had a silver ring with a black stone, a detail I recall fondly. Our suite was spacious. It had beds offering great comfort. The three pools, family, kids, and adults, catered to everyone's needs, also Nancy at the front desk gave us a warm cute.
The many calls to my room regarding payment became quite bothersome! I was asked about payment, even though I planned to settle the bill at checkout, following standard hotel procedure. This constant follow-up felt distrustful. It disrupted my relaxation. I wish they would have trusted me
