Adequate stay. Some issues encountered

old tvshower temperature

The tv in my one-bedroom apartment was quite old. It lacked modern features. it only supported traditional receiver channels and didn't allow access to netflix or youtube. also, the shower temperature fluctuated a lot. The water would suddenly turn hot and then cold again, unpleasant, though the staff were friendly.

The staff exhibited excellent courtesy. The housekeeping team promptly fulfilled our requests. They were very professional. The pool, gym, and sauna were consistently clean. The breakfast buffet had a good range of choices, including Indian options and eggs made to order.

The televisions in the rooms are an older model. The model lacks modern features. There was no convenient access to updated programs.

The staff demonstrated amazing professionalism and attentiveness, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, ensuring all requests were handled efficiently. Their dedication created a supportive environment. I really felt valued as a guest there. The level of service was AMAZING!!!
