a mixed experience

damp roomslippery shower

The room above the bar was a problem! music played until 2am and the bass made sleep difficult. the room also smelled damp, a real issue. the shower design was poor too. water constantly ran onto the bathroom floor. It was so slippery.

the staff were very polite and helpful. the breakfast buffet had a big variety of options with intercontinental, arabic and asian selections. i especially loved the pool with sun beds on the water. there was also a swing for taking photos there.

i think the hotel could reduce diffuser stations in the reception area. the scents were strong. it made breathing a little difficult.

The staff was always ready to help and very cute! The cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel, including my room. I especially loved the room view overlooking the canal. It was beautiful and relaxing. The hotel provides a great location.

The breakfast service was weak. Cooked eggs required a queue. The buffet was often half empty and lacked refills.
