The room was spacious. It was very clean. I appreciated the service from Ravi and Andrew by the pool. Sheila was really helpful at reception. Khomadaran at the door was amazing.

I found the area below the hotel not great for walking. I was bothered by some views down there. The hotel itself is quite old.

I really appreciated the kindness of the shuttle driver, hanif. he knew a driver, who showed us around the city. His recommendation worked out perfectly. nikhil and the team in the business lounge cared about my allergies to eggs and nuts, they made sure i had something safe to eat.

i noticed that some drinks, even still water, were not included in the half board package. it was quite disappointing. i think at least still water should be included.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The complimentary shuttle to the shopping center made getting around easy, though the taxi service was also readily available. I liked the gym facilities and the variety of equipment it offered. The special touch of rose petals and cake in my room at check-in was a very nice surprise.

It woke me up a bit too early some days.

the hotel staff was super friendly at all times and very helpful with any inquiry i had. the breakfast at the hotel was the best thing i have ever seen!!! it offered a wide selection of food options from around the world. the breakfast buffet had a huge variety of fruits and the best juices i've ever tried.
