Excellent Hospitality and Comfortable Stay

The hotel staff were kind. Mazher and Elisabeth at the reception were very helpful. The rooms were spacious suites with comfortable balconies. Breakfast offered good variety with fast service.
The hotel advertised EV charging facilities on their support channel. upon arrival, the charging stations were unavailable. I had to search for alternatives, disrupting my stay. I find it misleading when hotels do not provide listed amenities.

My suite included two balconies. Each balcony had seating for two people. The room also included a minibar and a coffee machine, and the bathroom was equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.

The staff was friendly.
The bathroom definitely had issues. The shower head was stuck, I could not move it. The water sprayed everywhere, because the head needed descaling.

i appreciated the spacious rooms . the bed was very large and offered good comfort. i thought the arabic architecture was beautiful.
the shower door did not completely keep water inside, so the bathroom floor became wet.
