The room was spacious.

The breakfast service was a letdown , especially given the hotel's rating. The staff seemed overwhelmed , struggling to keep up with coffee orders served from a can. The pool closed too early at 3:30 PM because of preparations for a special dinner . This made it unusable late in the afternoon.

varied selectionfriendly staffrooftop pool

the breakfast offered a varied selection daily with some fresh items made upon request i found the staff to be amazing and complimented the chef the dinners featured different themes each night offering many options to cater to everyone including desserts. i also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the gym although i think the gym could use larger weights and more plates

i experienced a slight delay once with room service delivery but it was quickly resolved

Service Quirks Detracted From the Experience

slow servicemissing ingredients

ordering food to my room was consistently problematic. There were issues with timing and food composition. I recall one instance, I ordered a SEARED TUNA NIÇOISE salad but it arrived missing tomato, eggs, anchovies and green beans. the cleaning service was intrusive. They phoned daily despite the "do not disturb" sign being active, yet they were slow to respond when urgently needed. the staff often forgot to replenish coffee capsules and tea cups after removing them.
