really good stay near the haram
shared entrance clean room helpful team comfortable stay
i stayed in two rooms. the staff ensured that the rooms were next to each other with a shared entrance. this seemed like a large suite. the rooms were clean and well maintained. the housekeeping team was helpful and polite.
the hotel can get quite busy, especially during peak prayer times, which sometimes resulted in slight delays at the elevators.

charming stay near haram
efficient process smiling staff close location tasty snack
i found the check-in process efficient. the staff was smiling. i was able to get to prayers quickly since the location is close. club lounge offered tasty snacks, and the breakfast was substantial with lots of choice.
i noticed some wear and tear on some furniture, it looks a little dated.

the rooms includes comfy beds and good air conditioning, i was grateful for the quiet atmosphere, each room features an adequate desk space and a well-kept bathroom with all necessary amenities.

the breakfast at taybat restaurant features many choices for all nationalities. i also found service in the club lounge cute, they offer tasty snacks and drinks throughout the day.

narrow door no solutions
I was disappointed. the promised accessibility features were missing. The roll-in shower advertised didn't exist, and the bathroom door was too narrow for my wheelchair. this made basic hygiene a daily struggle. the staff seemed unaware and offered no real solutions, leaving me feeling ignored and unsupported (which isn't a good experience).

Unfortunately, permits cannot be issued through the hotel. For my reservation for three adults, why are only options for two single beds available? Where will the third guest sleep?
