I appreciated the friendly staff. they helped book a day trip to the nearby national park. the concierge, stephen, provided excellent advice about local activities. He made sure my needs were met with a warm smile.

The hotel smelled like food. it seemed the kitchen lacked a proper exhaust system. This permeated the entire hotel, even up to the sixth floor. there was also no garbage bin in the bathroom upon arrival. I had to request one, and it took an hour to arrive
