Excellent Airport Hotel Experience

The staff was friendly. I appreciated that I could check in very early in the morning after a long flight. The hotel provides reasonably priced transfers to and from the airport (this made the journey seamless).

Fantastic Hotel Near the Airport!!!

I was very happy with the spacious suite rooms. A fridge and microwave were available, super handy. I especially appreciated the verandah. It included a great view. I also found the staff very pleasant and supportive.

I experienced a TV problem. I reported it to the customer line, and they promised someone would come to fix it. Unfortunately, nobody showed up .

The staff provided a warm welcome, were always available, and responded quickly to requests. They were so helpful!!! This made settling in very easy after my long flight.

Breakfast on the top floor terrace tasted amazing!!! I had an Italian lunch one day, and it was good too. The restaurant operates 24/7, providing so much convenience.

My room included a big bed and was very clean and well set out. This created a relaxing environment. The room's fridge was huge, useful for storing drinks and snacks. Bottled water was supplied too.

The hotel has a nice little pool in a suntrap courtyard, ideal. It is surrounded by greenery. There is also a gym with a treadmill, exercise bike, and free weights. An airport shuttle is available.

The hotel arranged airport transfers, a VERY helpful service. The staff was accommodating. The bar served food, I found that good. The views of nairobi at night from the bar terrace were fine.

The water heating system did not work. There was NO warm bath.

The staff were friendly (a definite plus).

The noise was a problem. Guests arriving at all hours were loud, and the paper-thin walls meant I didn't sleep much. I booked a taxi through the hotel, but it arrived late, cutting my rest even shorter before my early safari.
