amazing stay close to everything!

prime location convenient trip super clean room

the hotel has a prime location near al-haram i could easily access prayers it made my trip so convenient i appreciated the room service specifically mr jalal from housekeeping kept the room super clean with great attention to detail i look forward to my next visit soon i can't wait.

the elevators were occasionally busy, a slight inconvenience during peak prayer times i did notice.

my room included two comfortable twin beds a television with multiple channels and a well kept private bathroom i found the space ample for my needs i had enough space to store my belongings easily.

the hotel has multiple high-speed elevators available to use making access to different floors quick the main lobby features comfortable seating areas it also has a dedicated concierge desk that provides helpful information.

old building brown water

The location was close to the Haram.

The building felt old and not cute. It seemed more like an apartment block than a hotel. Our room had electricity cuts twice and then the water was brown when it came back. It was quite inconvenient, particularly when we needed to perform Wudu.

The elevators were quite slow. I often waited an extended period, especially during peak prayer times. this was very inconvenient when trying to get to and from my room quickly. additionally, the room service menu was limited and not all items were available . This forced me to seek dining options outside the hotel.

the hotel provide rooms near each other for families. breakfast includes a wide variety of choices.

the hotel gave rooms with stairs. it created difficulty for elderly parents and a kid with a stroller.

Excellent Proximity to Haram

convenient location comfortable bedding friendly staff

I found the location convenient, with immediate access to King Fahd Door of Al-Haram. The bedding was great. I found it very comfortable. The staff was quite friendly, especially receptionist Abdullah Al-Gathami. I thank him for everything and the great breakfast recommendation.

a decent stay

near location good facility slow elevators missing conditioner

the hotel location is very near haram. hotel facility is very good and connect to mall for shopping. everything was really perfect, is what i think.

the room wasnt well prepared even though i arrived at night. the shower had no conditioner and it has a stove burner but no dishes or pans for cooking. elevators were slow to arrive also.
