The hotel's location was very convenient, quite close to the Haram. I appreciated the short walk for prayers. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes. I especially liked the pancakes made to order.

The hotel's location allowed quick access to the Haram. The breakfast buffet had diverse cuisines. I found the staff kind and helpful. They answered every question. I appreciated the quick check-in process and the professional staff.

Soundproofing in the rooms was not good. I could hear doors slamming and furniture moving.

The hotel is approximately a five-minute walk to the Haram, it makes it very convenient for daily prayers and visits. This proximity greatly enhances the pilgrimage experience.

it reminded me of i spent half my stay waiting for one. and when it finally arrived, it was always packed! also, the promised 'city view' from my room? more like a 'partial glimpse of a building' view. seriously disappointing.

the location was close to masjid al haram , a short walk.

the room i was given was quite small for a family room , especially with a baby. there wasn't much space to move around and the baby's cot barely fit. i asked multiple times for a larger room , but my requests weren't addressed.
