the hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the haram.
I was really disappointed by the breakfast. The juice tasted like stained water and there were hardly any cereals available, definitely not what i expect from a hotel of this supposed standard.

The shuttle service was convenient and without delays. The hotel was very clean. The prayer area also matched this high standard of cleanliness! The location is ideal. It made getting around easy, and I especially loved the quick access to main roads.
The air conditioning unit in my room was a bit too loud for my comfort! It made it hard to sleep at times, and some soundproofing would help.

The room had good lighting because of the roof height window! Air conditioning, a fridge, and bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, and a toothbrush were included. The up-roof shower was great.

I appreciate room service. They were fine! The staff always smiled and showed that they cared. The team at reception was very responsive. All the guys and ladies were helpful.

The hotel lobby looked shiny. Daily cleaning kept the room tidy and super clean. The room boy responded quickly. He provided the room with basic amenities such as water, tea facilities, and bath items.
The shuttle service had issues. I often waited over an hour for a bus at the shuttle stop when returning. Transportation to the mosque was not direct. Public buses were needed to reach the hotel bus, increasing travel time.

The room setup included good facilities. They were reachable and well-planned. A superette existed in the building. A barber was also available. The shuttle services to the Haram occurred every 30 minutes.
The hotel is listed as four stars inside. It does not meet five-star standards at all. The furniture in the room looked bad. The appearance of the bathroom was similarly undesirable. I tried to cancel the reservation, but they refused.

the hotel impressed me with its cleanliness. the room was very neat and well maintained. the hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to the haram, which operated frequently (i especially liked how punctual the drivers were).
the breakfast buffet could use some improvements. i found the variety somewhat limited, and it didn't fully meet expectations (i would have liked to see more fresh fruit options).

my stay met my needs well. the hotel felt modern and well-equipped. the beds were very comfortable, (i slept soundly each night). the room had a nice layout, with a separate bath and toilet area.
the shuttle service frequency could be improved, as there are only a few buses.

a sanctuary of kindness
warm greetingfreshly cooked food
i felt so welcomed by the warm greetings from the staff. the iftar buffet had a lot of value for money, so varied with snacks, desserts, drinks, and freshly cooked food, it was unbelievable. this freshness gave me joy. the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, thus making my stay enjoyable.
