I found the facilities fabulous, and the cleanliness perfect. The staff notably enhanced my stay. They were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast offered diverse options including a fresh cooked egg station. The breakfast team remembered my hot drink preferences. I felt welcomed.

I found the adult pool closed for a private event. I could not access it, and I only booked a one-night stay. The event's volume was very disturbing. The wedding party was very loud. I could hear it from my balcony.

The two-bed family room was generously sized. My kids enjoyed the kids club. They were happy to go there daily. The buffet had a lovely choice of food. The quality was good.

the Azure staff were not very attentive! I was like I had to beg for service.

the staff at the qasr al bahar restaurant provided really good service i particularly commend tj the manager for overseeing the restaurant efficiently the waiters vihanga and felix were also attentive i enjoyed the flat white double shot they remembered i liked.

i was disappointed to find the adult pool closed for a private event during my one-night stay this impacted my relaxation the noise level from the private event and a subsequent wedding party was excessive it disturbed the peace with loud music and microphone use for hours.
