The room had a superior double room with hotel private beach access. daily housekeeping kept everything super clean. the rooftop bar offered great views. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

lovely stay at the palm
attentive valet helpful cleaner great reception kind staff
i was grateful for the attentive valet service particularly sameer he answered every question. the room cleaners were sweet and helpful i found that the reception and cafe staff were also great. i noticed that all the staff members were very helpful and kind which enhanced my stay.
i did find the gym equipment quite minimal a slight inconvenience

the breakfast offered a perfect start to the day i particularly enjoyed that outdoor seating was an option. there was a good variety. i felt satisfied after each breakfast.

every staff member was courteous i felt they were very helpful from check in onward. the luggage arrived quickly after i entered the room. i was thankful for the seamless assistance provided.

i appreciated having beach access right there the promenade made walks safe and enjoyable. it was reassuring to have the ocean so close. i valued the sense of security it provided.

relaxing stay
beautiful beach attentive staff
the hotel has a beautiful beach and clear water. the 9th floor offered fine views. i found the staff very attentive. a lady from the 9th floor bar was especially nice.
the breakfast service could be improved. utensils were used for both pork and non-pork items. this limited my options as i don't eat pork.

the beautiful double room included a balcony. this balcony partially faces the sea. the sea view included atlantis on one side and burj al arab on the other. the room was quiet.

the hotel has private beach access. there were good restaurants nearby. there is a shuttle bus service to mall of emirates. the shuttle bus service included dubai hills and dubai outlet mall during selected hours.
