The check-in process was smooth because Ramy helped us efficiently. The staff provided amazing service from start to finish. He assisted us until we settled into our room. It really enhanced our stay.

inconsistent housekeeping limited gym
I found some issues . the minibar was not refilled daily. I expected it to be, especially given the hotel's rating. the housekeeping service was inconsistent, sometimes missing amenities like shampoo and towels. this was frustrating, i had to call multiple times to get these things. finally, the gym equipment was limited. I thought there could be more variety.
