The suite had a high standard of cleanliness . The food ordered via in-room dining consistently maintained a high standard. Brasserie Uptown was also fantastic.

The hotel's location felt somewhat isolated. I found getting to the lobby required driving up several floors in a car park. This process was complex.

I stayed in a luxurious atelier suite . the suite featured elegant décor. ample space, really enhancing the romantic atmosphere. i was especially impressed by the hotel's valet service. It was prompt and efficient. the brasserie offered a sophisticated dining experience, so we really appreciated the attentive service there.

The concierge provided personalized assistance with city tours, i found this enhanced our exploration. It was thoughtful. reception staff remembered my name, i found that a nice detail! they offered quick solutions to any inquiries.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area was clean with twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation, a space for calm. the mini-mart on floor p4 offered a range of essentials.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. high-quality towels and bathrobes were provided! the design felt stylish! the room provided full comfort.

breakfast featured fresh pastries and a selection of fruits, i did love that. the brasserie provided a menu, it presented a romantic atmosphere. the eggs florentine were particularly delicious, they did make my heart flutter.

The room was spacious. The hotel decor was chic with a nice twist. I was able to choose a room with the view I wanted. Breakfast included fresh breads and croissants. Staff brought fruit and yogurt. eggs made to order (I enjoyed the omelets!). It was easy to get to from the city. The parking garage was convenient.

The air conditioning wasn't cold enough.

the atelier suite was wonderful, i enjoyed the amazing view. the staff were very good too. alisher assisted me before my arrival, arranged a baby crib for my son.

the service was not always consistent. sometimes the wait times at the restaurant were longer than expected. the gym, though adequate, could benefit from more equipment variety.
