The hotel is exquisite. The staff's attention to detail is perfect. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of downtown. It is a short seven-minute ride to a large mall.

The concierge called me on the room phone early. This phone call woke me up to discuss something. It lacked consideration for my rest.

The team was super friendly from the get-go, from the reception to breakfast. i even got a sweet room upgrade for my birthday. I didn't expect it, but it really made my day! i received more birthday treats in my room and at breakfast-totally awesome! the room had plenty of space. it was super clean and had cool, modern decor. this hotel rocks because it's stylish and the staff is the best.

i had to wait a bit after 4 pm to get my room. i kinda wished i'd gotten a complimentary upgrade, you know?

the room was spacious and clean with a river view. the lobby was stylish and well-kept. there were multiple restaurant options available including japanese and italian cuisines. i also enjoyed the coffee shop located downstairs.

the pool was a bit too cold so i didn't use it.
