Khin ensured our family felt at home. She explained the facilities and offered helpful tips for our stay. Dahlan and Chaminda were attentive at the kids' pool. They ensured the kids' safety and also created a fun atmosphere.

The room felt cold despite attempts to adjust the air conditioning. This was our second stay, and we encountered this temperature issue again. There was evident water damage on doors in the room. Also missing wallpaper added to the wear and tear.
