poor communication

I had to use my room card to operate them. They often failed. I even had to replace my room card three times, quite inconvenient. The rooftop pool was closed and I specifically chose this hotel for proximity to the airport and rooftop pool. Staff communication about a 3 AM fire alarm was poor. They did not provide clear directions or information, unsettling.

the hotel was really clean. workers were respectful, our expectations were met. the housekeeping team kept the room shining and tidy. the facilities are well-equipped for business meetings. i enjoyed the spa facilities. it was a perfect way to unwind and relax.

rooms are really small. there is not enough room to keep suitcases and other stuff.

i appreciated the kind concierge staff and security personnel. the manager was also helpful when i needed assistance. i found the provided shuttle service quite convenient for reaching the airport terminals. it runs hourly and saved me taxi costs.

the check-in process was slow upon my arrival. there was a noticeable wait time which became frustrating. i hope they improve efficiency in the registration process.
