Decent location. Some issues

bathroom hairs limited dining

The location near the airport was convenient. I found some issues with cleanliness. There were hairs in the bathroom. the advertised a la carte menu was unavailable. This limited dining options.

Wonderful stay for flyer

Check in was smooth. Staffs are very cute and accommodating. Breakfast had a good variety. Hotel are near the airport and also free shuttle.

faulty lifts poor communication

The lifts were a real problem. I had to use my room card to operate them. They often failed. I even had to replace my room card three times, quite inconvenient. The rooftop pool was closed and I specifically chose this hotel for proximity to the airport and rooftop pool. Staff communication about a 3 AM fire alarm was poor. They did not provide clear directions or information, unsettling.

very clean with notable workers!

clean hotel respectful workers tidy room spa facilities

the hotel was really clean. workers were respectful, our expectations were met. the housekeeping team kept the room shining and tidy. the facilities are well-equipped for business meetings. i enjoyed the spa facilities. it was a perfect way to unwind and relax.

rooms are really small. there is not enough room to keep suitcases and other stuff.

the breakfast staff were amazing, especially putu. putu. putu provided anything we needed at breakfast. maria, alaa and uzar. they were always helpful with everything we needed. they even allowed us early check in.

convenient stay near the airport

helpful manager convenient shuttle

i appreciated the kind concierge staff and security personnel. the manager was also helpful when i needed assistance. i found the provided shuttle service quite convenient for reaching the airport terminals. it runs hourly and saved me taxi costs.

the check-in process was slow upon my arrival. there was a noticeable wait time which became frustrating. i hope they improve efficiency in the registration process.
