The reception staff offered a warm welcome. i appreciated the attentive housekeeping team. Felix did an excellent job cleaning my room. the whole team promptly took care of all my requests.
The air conditioning in my initial room did not function as expected. It remained warm even when set to 21 degrees.

the check-in process felt disorganized and slow. i waited far too long (about 45 minutes!) to finally get my room. this limited the view and caused some noise during the day, not ideal, (understatement!).

My visit was wonderful! The staff were very helpful, especially Yasin and Paul, who assisted with my luggage. They fitted everything into my car so efficiently. The late checkout was also very convenient. I wasn't rushed at all.
The room service was slow. It took longer than expected to get my order.
