the variety of birds was amazing. house crows were a bit of a pest. the resident raptor soon saw them off. the grounds have matured over the years. the location is fantastic.

the main pool area seemed tired. it needs updating. surrounding areas need maintenance for safety. one person in our group cut their foot on a tile next to the sunbed by the pool.

the breakfast had a great variety of options i found the food quality to be excellent. the amenities are excellent especially for children with the splash water park and kids club. i also appreciated the greenery on the hotel.

the room i stayed in was full of ants this was quite bothersome. the location felt far from many attractions in the area needing taxis. i found some staff members to be not very friendly .

I enjoyed multiple pool choices. The grounds are vast and feel like a resort. Breakfast options were amazing with many choices. I also enjoyed peacocks walking around the hotel.

The hotel is very spread out. Waiting for buggies became a significant inconvenience. I found only one restaurant at the Palm Tree Court.

The hotel offers multiple swimming pools with varied temperatures and depths for all preferences. Gardens are well maintained with flowing water, ornamental fish, and peacocks. There is a 9-hole golf course and a driving range available .

Staff are generally helpful and try to resolve situations quickly. Housekeeping provides thorough cleaning, including twice-daily towel changes. The hotel offers buggy service because of its size, but it can be infrequent.

our suite accommodated my family. the ultra all inclusive package included butler service. noble and yohan's service was very nice. they organized golf, restaurants, activities, and trips for our family. luxury transfer was organized for our journey home. the resort is very well maintained. comfy beds and waiter service existed by a signature pool. towels were always laid out. there are high end a la carte menus. the hotel doesn't feel like an all inclusive hotel.

researching hotel menus and contacting the hotel before arrival is recommended, because some restaurants have an extra charge.

The staff were helpful and cute. Our Sea View Family Room was spacious. It included huge beds and a modern bathroom. Baboo and Ganga, the buggy drivers, looked after our little boy SO well.

I felt the main bedroom and balcony needed modernization. It was not a big issue.
