I found the breakfast options very diverse and delicious. the room was both clean and quiet. the hotel. the staff were really helpful and friendly. It was a nice experience.

The pool was very shallow at its deepest, about 80cm, so mainly used by children. i found this limited my ability to enjoy a proper swim. This is something i hope they can improve in the future.

housekeeping didnt provide enough towels. i had to call the RECEPTION repeatedly. The pool was shallow, more suitable FOR children, not ideal for a relaxing swim.

Solid Choice Near the Sea

I liked the spacious room very much. It did give a sense of having more privacy than many other hotels. The location is near the sea. I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful, as well.

The rugs in the room are bit filthy. The smell becomes quite noticeable when air con is off. I think they should replace them with easy to clean smaller rugs.

Staff was responsive to requests. The room service delivered quickly, and the front desk addressed inquiries well. Kumar recommended an excellent desert trip and offered helpful advice when needed.

I had a SUPER disappointing experience. The food choices lacked variety. It was also bland. I found it surprising for a supposed five-star hotel. The lunch was the SAME as the dinner. This really impacted my experience.

The views from my 'beautiful king room' were amazing!!! the room was modern and well furnished. i appreciated the super friendly staff. They were always present when i needed assistance. checking in early was smooth, a really helpful service as i arrived early.

The lack of nearby local shops was a slight inconvenience. Still, this did not significantly detract from my overall stay.
