smooth check-in lasting impression genuine care

Saja made check-in smooth. She ensured my comfort throughout my stay. Her positive attitude left a lasting impression. I appreciated her genuine care, and I will recommend the hotel to others.

The gym offered unisex facilities. I expected separate options for females.

clean hotel quick service friendly staff

the hotel was clean. room service requests were quick. staff were very friendly and accommodating. they always asked if i needed something. i felt welcome during my nights.

i found the gym and swimming facilities were unisex. i was surprised since other hotels offer separate options for females. this made me uncomfortable.

modern room relaxing ambiance excellent facility average size small room limited breakfast variety

the hotel facilities were excellent. the lobby had a relaxing ambiance. the rooms were modern and well-kept. the rooms also had high standards.

the room was of average size. the room on level 3 was smaller. it was smaller compared to the one i stayed in before on level 1. breakfast was served almost the same everyday.
