convenient location spacious room delicious breakfast slow elevators limited equipment empty minibar
The location was quite convenient. It was easy to get around. My room was very spacious, a welcome surprise after a long journey (I really needed a place to stretch out). The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. Everything I tasted was fresh and delicious.
The elevators were sometimes slow, and I found myself waiting longer than expected. The gym, though adequate, had limited equipment. It was a bit crowded during peak hours. The minibar in my room was empty upon arrival.

The rooftop pool offers a Fine view. There is also a gym. It features modern equipment, including treadmills and weight machines.
The elevators sometimes felt slow, which caused slight delays.

a tender escape
rooftop pool excellent service convenient location
The rooftop pool provided lovely views, and i spent hours there. i found kuldeep and shiva gave excellent service in keeping our room tidy and comfortable, they were very attentive. the hotel's location was also quite convenient. It was a quick drive to the mall.

The scene room city view included comfortable bedding and tasteful decor. a spacious bathroom included premium toiletries. This added a touch of luxury. the room also offered ample storage space.

the staff ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure. the team responded quickly to requests and provided helpful information about local attractions. i found the level of attentiveness was really good.

The hotel is near many major attractions, including the burj khalifa. its proximity to downtown makes sightseeing very convenient. transportation options are readily available. This added to the overall convenience.

location, yes. good service, not so much
elevator nightmare unprofessional act
The elevators here were a NIGHTMARE. it seemed like a train station. I often waited twenty minutes just to get to the pool. ALSO, the pool area wasn't great, honestly. there was a private party one evening so i couldn't even use it, SO unprofessional i would say.

mixed feelings on midtown
the pool was a joke there was way too little space and especially sunbeds it felt totally overloaded the noise at breakfast was just too much with it so loud hectic and unorganized the staff acted like getting a cappuccino was a huge deal sometimes i waited twenty minutes for it

amazing stay
spacious room breakfast buffet
The room was spacious it featured a comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet offered many options and fresh food. i found the staff helpful especially the team in the lobby. They were always ready to assist.
the pool became very crowded there were not enough sunbeds for all guests. there was limited organization for the pool area , made it difficult to find a place to relax. i hope this improves soon.
