The steak restaurant and bar on the ground floor was wonderful. i also enjoyed the views from the room and the pool area over the golf course. It was a nice backdrop.

The reception team did not feel very warm. They did not ask how my stay was at checkout. housekeeping started late. It was 6 pm before they arrived.

The service level impressed me greatly. Room service and restaurant personnel created a genuine holiday atmosphere. I found Misbah and Brian at reception particularly helpful. Their excellent service. I appreciated the modern and clean environment , with a very upmarket feel throughout the hotel.

the check-in was very smooth. the staff was very friendly and cute to me. they also tried to go above and beyond. the golf course view from the room its perfect.

the absence of valet parking was a slight inconvenience on arrival.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable it had fresh options available.

My city view beautiful room king was smaller than I expected there was limited space for luggage. The shower leaked consistently flooding the bathroom floor each time I used it. The water temperature fluctuated making it difficult to have a consistently comfortable shower.
