fantastic stay!
friendly staff amazing pool excellent food
the staff were friendly, and sanjay helped with everything. the infinity swimming pool on the 46th floor is really amazing (i spent hours there!). rooms were excellent, and the food was delicious, especially for indian cuisine.

the hotel's location is great, it made exploring the area easy! it's close to many attractions and has good access to public transport, which i greatly valued. the view facing the golf course was awesome.

the service was really attentive and personalized! the receptionist was very helpful (her name was reginah, i think!). other staff members like john and farook were also super kind. the team really go above and beyond.

Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options! the in-room dining was also very tasty and the portion sizes were generous. i enjoyed trying a few different dishes. So yummy!

my superior room with twin beds was well-kept! it was really clean and had everything i needed for a relaxing stay. the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything tidy, which i appreciate.

the infinity pool on the 46th floor is a standout feature (a total gem!). i loved swimming there and enjoying the views, it was the highlight of my stay. the gym was well-equipped too.

lazy housekeeper late cleaning
The housekeeping was not good. my room was not cleaned for two days. They left a card saying the room was on do not disturb (i saw no such sign). cleaning only happened the first day, and even then, they came at 7 pm (who cleans at 7 pm?).

an lovely stay!
seamless transfer helpful staff kind gesture
the staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort. i had an issue with my initial room. it was resolved quickly, and my luggage was moved without any trouble.. after returning home, i realized i had left a toy behind. the hotel located and retrieved it, a gesture i appreciated.
the pan-asian restaurant disappointed me greatly because of poor service. the waitress struggled to understand english, also, the menu was unfamiliar to her. she even forgot my entrée order.

the rooftop pool includes a bar and offers city views. the gym is equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and also resistance training equipment. there are multiple dining options available on-site, including an indian restaurant and a pan-asian restaurant.

the concierge service arranged transportation, including taxis and hotel cars. housekeeping provides daily cleaning service and turndown service. staff members are attentive to requests and aim to resolve issues efficiently and quickly.
