The breakfast buffet presented many varieties. I found the cooking of the poached egg particularly well executed i checked out late. the room i stayed in contained well-kept furniture. The newness of the hotel was apparent i loved the super satay.
the front desk service seemed a little abrupt.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. the breakfast buffet was varied and excellent. the rooftop pool was clean and the lifeguard was friendly. It was all superb.
the staff at the front desk were a bit rude at the end of my stay. everyone looked at me like i stole something. i stayed for several days, yet they didn't become friendly. the check in lady was miserable.

my stay had some issues. the gym only has four treadmills and three of those werent working, not good. my room smelled kinda dusty, and the patio was a smoking zone, so i couldnt really use it much. i expect better from a hotel charging these prices. plus, its 2024 and they give you nescafe instead of a proper coffee machine, seriously?

the breakfast was decent enough, i guess.
I booked a skyline view room but it seems they just gave me whatever. the room smelled a bit damp, not exactly what i expected. also, trying to call reception from the room was like shouting into a void. Nobody ever answered.

A mixed stay. Some letdowns

The gym equipment was disappointing. Several machines were out of service. also, i found it odd that basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste weren't automatically provided. i had to request them, and that felt inconvenient. the water pressure in the shower was also quite weak. it made showering less refreshing than i hoped for after a long day.
