Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service!

Arun was so helpful. He assisted me immediately with my luggage upon arrival. I really appreciated the staff calling to check on me after a nose bleed, and they even sent a sweet note. Zena in the cafe remembered my order and always had a cute smile. That was a nice touch. I recommend this hotel.
The bathrooms showed some age. I noticed this throughout my stay. Still it was a great experience overall.

My room featured two balconies, a king bed, two twin beds, and views overlooking both the gulf and the busy marina. I liked that aspect. The apartment also had a large kitchen. The noise isolation was good.

The location was perfect. The marina was very close. Just steps away. There were many restaurants nearby, and a supermarket was just next door, so everything was very convenient for getting supplies. It was a prime location.

The hotel features valet parking, convenient. There is also an in-house restaurant. The hotel also offers great views! The fitness area features a good array of cardio and weight training equipment.

Breakfast offered a varied menu that catered to many tastes. I found the selection to be great. The Observatory Bar & Grill offered panoramic views, modern decor, and friendly staff, and I appreciated that. The waffles at breakfast were great!

Amazing Apartment Stay!

The room was huge and I got great air conditioning, awesome! The staff helped with everything, they are superior. Dennis helped with bags. I walked to restaurants, stores, and the harbour, so convenient. Breakfast was great too. Jane, Zena, Mercy, Jamika, Choyden, Ajitu, and Susmita are the best.
The kitchen had a dirty feel and I noticed the fridge and oven looked really old.

The hotel has an excellent location with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and harbour areas, so exploring local dining options is easy. The convenience extends to transport options, like taxis and Ubers, that ensures seamless exploration. Public transport is also close, I tell you!

Breakfast at the hotel has a fabulous variety and fresh food and you find Jane, Zena, Mercy, Jamika, Choyden, Ajitu, and Susmita! The staff makes you feel at home and anticipate your needs. This creates a positive and energetic start to the day.

Staff members like Dennis are super helpful with bags, directions, and Ubers, so he provides excellent assistance! The front desk staff are friendly and they greet everyone warmly. The cleaning staff leaves surprise towel creations making the room extra special.
