excellent stay near the haram

i was very satisfied with my stay. the room was very clean. the staff are always helpful and ready to assist with anything. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the hotel is very close to masjid al haram. it's also near shops and a mall. the entrance can be a bit confusing at first, but it is manageable.

the room was spacious and clean. it featured two separate sinks. daily cleaning and fresh water bottles were provided, sometimes even a fruit basket. this added an extra touch to the stay.

the staff were pleasant and cute, especially in the executive lounge. mahmudur rahman, the lounge captain, provided excellent customer service. other staff members were also very helpful and attentive to our needs (from check-in to breakfast).

my room was an executive king suite haram view and it provided an very nice view. the gym had modern equipment and was never too crowded. the breakfast buffet was extensive, with a wide selection of both western and local dishes (i liked the fresh fruit).
the check-in process was a bit slow, and i waited about 20 minutes.

Check-in required an excessive amount of time. I waited over forty minutes. The initial room assigned had cleanliness issues. The washrooms needed better upkeep. I noticed mold and water damage on the washroom ceiling. This issue requires immediate attention.

i found the location excellent with convenient access to the masjid al haram. the breakfast offered a great variety (especially the fresh juices!). the room included two separate sinks which was really useful.
the check-in process was a bit slow when i arrived.

acceptable locationunresponsive servicedirty room
the location was acceptable, especially for visiting the haram.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned, i found leftover food behind the curtains. reception service was slow and unresponsive. My requests were ignored after promises of a callback. queues were always present, and staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than assisting guests, frustrating.
