mixed feelings about this hotel
chaotic check in cold sandwich
the breakfast was good with many options.
The check in process was chaotic and slow. I waited a long time. the salmon sandwich i ordered at the coffee shop was not fresh. the waitress argued when i tried to return it, and then the replacement was cold, though the waiters were friendly

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was solid (the pastries were top notch!). I appreciated the convenient location near the main attractions.
The gym was somewhat small, with limited equipment. The room decor seemed a bit dated. I found the in-room entertainment system difficult to navigate and a little slow.

Small pets weighing up to 15 kg are welcome with a charge of 50 Euros per day. However, dogs are not permitted in the restaurants, bars, beach, or Spas. Do any of the rooms feature a balcony with a view of the harbour?
