i found the location unbeatable and the free airport shuttle service convenient it ran frequently and the journey only took a few minutes the staff was very cute and helpful making me feel at ease i appreciated the cleanliness and modernity of the room it felt very spacious and comfortable.

i noticed a slight delay in the shower drainage the bathroom floor felt a bit slippery afterwards this minor issue didn't significantly impact my stay overall.

i really enjoyed the airport shuttle. it ran frequently. the staff were really helpful with directions. the location was super convenient, close to the airport. also, the room had a nice view.

The room was a bit too warm, and i couldn't cool it down. i also found the restaurant closed. the telephone in my room didn't work. I couldn't call the reception, so that was annoying.

The staff was super friendly and helpful . i especially appreciated the frequent airport transfer. It made my early morning flight stress-free. my room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and fresh toiletries (what a relief!).

the gym was a bit small, but i still got a good workout in.

The skyline nash suite balcony room was super spacious! it had a really comfy bed. the free bus into the city center was awesome. I really appreciated that perk.

The coffee and water weren't replaced after the last guest, which wasn't ideal. i had to ask for water. I've never had that happen before! the air conditioning felt a little weak. It could have been better.

The location is very convenient, a short walk to the bus stop. The hotel provided Geneva transport tickets for my use. I found the rooms a good size and with good facilities.

There was NEVER enough staff at reception, so there was always a queue. Staff were not particularly helpful or polite, I would say. The breakfast was very underwhelming, I noticed stale bread.
