The beds were comfortable. Due to my allergies, the hotel thoughtfully provided a feather-free room. Parking access was easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly. They were always ready to assist with recommendations for local attractions and activities.

Our room, a Luxury Room, was super clean! The bedding was so soft, I slept like a log every night. Breakfast each morning had such delicious food. I also appreciate that the hotel is close to the shops!
I waited quite a while some times. Our room did not get very dark. The sun woke me up early. We really needed darker curtains! The staff didn't greet me with enough energy, I wished they would smile more.

the room felt very dark. there was no central light, and the ambient lights werent bright enough. it always seemed dim in there and it wasnt so inviting after skiing.

the breakfast buffet was very good. i liked the rain shower in my room. the swimming pool was a nice amenity.
I felt the staff were impolite at times. our item went missing with housekeeping. It was not recovered before we left. a front desk mixup caused a delay in pickup in cold weather, with no apology offered.

my room felt quite small and dark it lacked sufficient natural light. the balcony overlooked some service areas this was not the scenic view i anticipated based on the hotel's photos. i found the overall experience underwhelming.
