helpful staff delicious breakfast booked spa cold room

I stayed for a few nights and the staff was very helpful with every question. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I especially enjoyed the massage I had from Valentina at the hotel spa. It was one of the best massages I ever experienced after days of hiking.

The spa was fully booked meaning I could not use it. Comfortable tables in the bar were booked for pre-dinner drinks. The radiator in the bathroom did not really work even when set to max. It made the room ice cold.

hot room noisy street

the breakfast was decent with a variety of options and tasted delicious.

i encountered a problem with the room, it felt very hot. i know that air conditioning is not common in italy. however, this hotel bills itself as a five-star hotel, i expected more. we opened the window but the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep.
