Really good lakeside stay

amazing sceneryquick helpsteam roomopened toiletries

The lake view suite offered amazing scenery right from the balcony it was super clean. Staff members were always available and quick to help with requests, even with short notice. The indoor pool area included a sauna and steam room, both well kept. I found easy access to the lakeside path and enjoyed quiet walks.

The toiletries in the bathroom was to have been previously opened this was a slight inconvenience.

the location was SO peaceful. The staff were helpful. I easily borrowed bikes. The decor was beautiful.

The ground keeping needed work. I noticed MANY weeds. the service was a bit slow at times, particularly in the lounge area. Disposable toiletries in my room seemed to have been opened before.

I noticed some issues with the room. The soundproofing seemed inadequate. I could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms. The minibar was not restocked daily so I had to call for replenishment each day. These small details detracted from an otherwise high-end experience.
