excellent location and helpful staff
perfect location short walk helpful staff
the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. i found lots of restaurants nearby, made dining very easy and convenient. the staff was very helpful with clear instructions for driving through the ztl. i was happy with the secure underground parking.
The hotel could use better soundproofing. I found the noise from outside quite noticeable.

elevator problems disruptive noise
The elevators really were a problem. i found myself stuck in them twice during my short stay. it's not the best feeling, and i did get annoyed each time. another thing i did not like was the noise. It was quite disruptive to hear noise at all hours. this made relaxing difficult.

short walk awesome sunset breakfast options
i was right by the leaning tower it's just a short walk! the rooftop bar gave awesome sunset views and it overlooked the cathedral. breakfast was also awesome with lots of continental options plus scrambled eggs bacon and sausage

the hotel sits on a pedestrians-only street, packed with restaurants, making it super easy to grab a bite the main attractions are a short walk away i really loved exploring everything nearby.

The rooftop terrace provided amazing views. The breakfast included fresh warm pastries. Check-in and check-out were straightforward with polite staff.
The upholstery in the room needed cleaning.

excellent location!
central location terrace bar cute staff luggage storage
the hotel is very central. i arrived by taxi and was dropped right at the entrance. exploring the city from the hotel is simple and the leaning tower is a short walk. the terrace bar provides a wonderful view. reception staff were cute and they stored my luggage after checkout.
the wifi signal was very weak. i preferred to use my phone data.

this hotel is perfectly situated for exploring main sites. i found the reception area efficient. the rooftop terrace bar and restaurant provided amazing views over the tower. the central location made everything accessible.
