great Resort FOR families

The cabin WAS a good size. it featured a well-equipped little kitchen, comfy beds, a nice bathroom and a great little front verandah. we also loved the location, not far from Florence. There are lots of lovely creeks, waterfalls, and forests to explore. it is also conveniently ten minutes from a supermarket. the 24hr on-call team assisted us with a few issues. They were prompt and very friendly.

as it was late in the season, barely any of the facilities were open. i chose to stay in double rooms in the villa. the pictures bear no resemblance to the rooms i received.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

I found the facilities to be great, especially the pools and spa. They provided lots of relaxation. The scenery was very lovely. The staff was nice and friendly, always ready to help and. I really appreciate the clean and spacious areas!!!

The check-in process was a bit lengthy, not ideal after a long journey. It was quite hot around 4 PM when we arrived, and it took time to cool the rooms using the hall AC. I think it would have been better if the AC had been switched on in advance.

The room had a full fridge freezer, very useful for storing food. Good cooking facilities were available, which allowed us to prepare our meals. The balcony offered beautiful scenery and sounds, which we enjoyed.

The staff was punctual and kept everything very clean. This was fundamental to a happy stay. A very nice guy, Matteo, was there to welcome my family and me. He was friendly, available, and prepared, which greatly enhanced our stay.

Many restaurants were available, with choices. The food was AMAZING!!! There was also a supermarket on site, very convenient for purchasing groceries. The location makes it easy to access local restaurants and shops.
