I stayed at this place for three nights. The location is ideal. It allows easy access to many attractions. I found Lorenzo at the concierge very helpful and friendly. He assisted me with directions. Breakfast includes varied options, like omelets I enjoyed a lot.

My room had dated decor. The bathroom extractor fan was not adequate. This caused the room to become hot after showering.

The location was acceptable because it was close to many attractions.

The minibar door was broken upon arrival and their glue fix did not last. The housekeeping staff did not replenish amenities when used and cleaning was subpar. The breakfast options were VERY limited and offered the same thing every day. There was no variety at all!!!

I found the staff helpful! lorenzo gave superb recommendations, from good window wine to securing a vineyard reservation. he even checked in to ensure we enjoyed everything. That is great service! the sheets felt amazing! the shower had awesome water pressure. the room was quite roomy. the hotel's cleanliness and classy staff really stood out!

I requested museum tickets from the concierge but learned they only accept cash. also, i found the per-person handling fee was nine euros. next time, i will just book tickets online. That is a better way to go.

i saw an elegant lobby with ample seating! the hotel bar served a really good mojito, and i sat there! breakfast included handmade lattes. a delicious assortment of food. it enhanced the experience!
