valet parking proved helpful because i did not have to navigate the downtown area myself. the location was central enabling quick returns to the room during the day.

i noticed private events occurred on the rooftop every night. i thought the staff attentiveness could improve considering the price point.

My 'beautiful room' was immaculate. The housekeeping standards are high. i took full advantage of the rooftop bar each evening. Sunsets were lovely. the location meant easy access to many key attractions.

The staff was friendly.

I found the rooftop bar too noisy each night, especially because of private events. The gym was smaller than I anticipated. It only had a few machines. The limited equipment made it difficult to get a full workout.

the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, a short walk from major attractions. the hotel itself was clean as new, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. every detail felt intentional (i especially loved the decor).

i expected more facilities for the price i paid, such as a larger pool or hot tub.
