The room service proved to be slow. Retrieval of luggage required an unreasonable amount of time. Fifteen minutes elapsed before my bags were delivered from the room, causing a delay in my departure to the airport. the general standard of cleanliness fell short of expectations. I observed a stain on my table that persisted throughout my entire stay. It was never addressed by the cleaning staff.

the staff helped me organize a late check-in. they arranged a bottle of sparkling wine in the room. they also handled all the payments remotely. the hotel itself was excellent. the red room was a real wow.

the hotel entrance is difficult. there are too many steps with luggage. nobody assisted us with the luggage upon arrival. it was a bit of a struggle (especially with heavy bags).

The room included air conditioning, a safe, and soundproofing. The bathroom was equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer. I also appreciated that they clean the room every day.

The breakfast lacked variety. I observed some stress among the staff during breakfast service. I also noticed that the card with information about services did not match reality.

the medium rosso balcony room had a nice setup the bed was comfortable i appreciated the minibar with its complimentary drinks the shower was spacious. breakfast included a wide variety of options i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries available each morning. the hotel also had a sauna and a gym i made use of the gym with several cardio machines.

the street noise at night was slightly noticeable

The hotel boasts superb outdoor areas. I found them fabulous for relaxation. The rooms feature comfortable beds. The rooms are of a good size, especially those with a balcony facing the garden.

The breakfast buffet included many options I appreciated that. The location was very convenient to the city center and I walked everywhere. The outdoor courtyard allowed drinks in open air. The sauna offered a place for relaxation.
