The reception staff offered really good service, guiding me to a nearby pizzeria and assisting with printing. The room provided ample space with comfortable beds. The hotel's location proved ideal, central yet surprisingly quiet. I found the soundproofing effective despite being in a central area.
The breakfast buffet was EXPENSIVE for the limited choices available.

The concierge was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast hall staff, maria and claudio, tried to ensure all needs were met. They WERE lovely. the location is great, so close to the train station, it is very convenient.
